Thank you for choosing YikHome. We are committed to delivering our premium sheepskin rugs to your doorstep as safely and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Domestic Delivery
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States.
Our Trusted Carriers
To ensure your luxury rug receives the best possible care during transit, YikHome partners with top-tier carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
We do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we dynamically select the most optimized carrier for your specific order based on the package dimensions, weight, and your delivery destination. This allows us to provide the fastest and most reliable shipping experience for every customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@yikhome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
While we strive to reach every customer, some of our larger sheepskin rugs may have restrictions for delivery to P.O. Boxes due to carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship to your provided address, our customer care team will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
