What is your return policy? We want you to love your YikHome rug. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that items carrying odors (such as perfume, smoke, or pet scents) will not be accepted for a refund.
