At YikHome, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium sheepskin rugs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the natural and delicate nature of our products, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness and maintain the highest hygiene standards for all our customers.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for a Full Refund
To be eligible for a full refund (minus any original shipping costs), the returned item must meet the following strict criteria:
Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees
Every return undergoes a rigorous manual inspection by our quality control team in Ontario, CA. If an item is returned in a condition that is not "as new," we reserve the right to issue a partial refund to account for the diminished value and professional restoration costs:
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, please email us at info@yikhome.com with your order number (e.g., YH-10045) and clear photos of the rug's current condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
